Litigation Paralegal - Sacramento Office
A well-establish firm is currently seeking a Litigation Paralegal for their Sacramento office. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience and an ABA-approved paralegal certificate.
This Paralegal will be expected to perform a variety of duties to assist attorneys in the Litigation Department. This role involves developing and implementing case management strategies, including discovery, expert witness identification and preparation, and trial preparation. The Paralegal will maintain positive contact with clients, witnesses, opposing counsel, co-counsel, experts, and service providers while ensuring strict confidentiality of client matters. Additionally, the Paralegal must keep accurate time records for client billing and stay up to date with litigation management software and technology to enhance client service.
